We are now seeking an elite dealmaker and sales-driven closer to help us secure top-tier partnerships, onboard high-profile talent, and drive iimiin’s growth through strategic collaborations.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled negotiator and sales closer to join iimiin as the Head of Growth & Partnerships on a flexible part-time, 3-month contract.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales background, proven experience closing high-value deals, and an extensive network within entertainment, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
The primary goal of this role is to drive revenue, acquire top-tier talent, and establish long-term partnerships that will solidify iimiin as the premier app for live shopping and entertainment partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Close High-Value Deals – Proactively pitch, negotiate, and close major partnership agreements with celebrities, influencers, and brand sponsors.
✅ Sales & Partnership Acquisition – Develop a results-driven sales strategy to onboard A-list talent, influencer teams, and corporate brands to the platform.
✅ Secure Brand Ambassadors – Sell iimiin’s value proposition to celebrity managers, PR reps, and talent agencies to lock in exclusive partnerships.
✅ High-Level Negotiations – Lead negotiations on partnership structures, sponsorships, and revenue-sharing deals to maximize growth.
✅ Entertainment & Influencer Relationship Management – Cultivate and maintain relationships with agents, managers, publicists, and executives in the industry.
✅ Strategic Growth Execution – Develop and execute a scalable partnership strategy that drives rapid user adoption and monetization opportunities.
✅ Align with Marketing & Brand Strategy – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless brand messaging and influencer integration.

Preferred Experience
✔ Proven ability to negotiate and close six-figure+ deals in entertainment, media, sports, tech, or e-commerce.
✔ Direct experience in business development, influencer partnerships, sponsorships, or brand strategy.
✔ A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
✔ Established relationships with agents, managers, PR reps, and decision-makers in the entertainment industry.
✔ A background in celebrity marketing, digital media, or influencer commerce is a major plus.
Contract Details
Location: Toronto/GTA & Remote
Type: 3-Month Contract (Potential for Renewal)
Compensation:
$2,750/month
$1,000 bonus per successful celebrity onboarding
0.25% equity per A-list celebrity secured (capped at 2% total equity)
