Role:- ServiceNow Architect/Senior SME

Location:: Remote(Canada)

Mode: Contract

Implementation Partner: HCL Canada

Relevant experience in ServiceNow as a Developer would be : 4 - 5+ Yrs

Min 3 yrs experience as an Architect

Worked on onshore – off shore model

Flexibility to work in extended hours

Conversion from TP to FTE in 3 months

JD:

Proficiency in ServiceNow modules along with Manager experience

Basically like BA, able to note user stories, team management, ServiceNow knowledge

Technical level experience in ServiceNow modules, ITSM, SPS, SPM etc.,





Require a techno functional candidate, Experience in the Industries Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow modules such as ITSM,SPM platform, tools, and capabilities.

Proven experience in developing and configuring ServiceNow applications

Ability to work on cloning/upgrades activities

Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring development teams

Ability to work with global teams to achieve significant initiatives

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions

The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English; Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices

Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
