Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturer's Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and promoting a wide range of products, including boilers, pumps, piping systems, heat pumps, and controls. You will work closely with mechanical engineers, assist contractors, and conduct product presentations to ensure our customers fully understand the features, benefits, and applications of our products. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a variety of products, including boilers, pumps, heat pumps, piping systems,
and controls, to contractors, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Assist mechanical engineers in designing and selecting the appropriate products for specific applications.
- Provide training sessions for contractors on product installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits, features, and technical specifications of our products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the internal sales team to strategize and implement sales campaigns, ensuring targets are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technical advancements, and competitor products to provide the best solutions to clients.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Offer technical support to clients, helping to resolve any issues related to product functionality, performance, or installation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC, mechanical, or industrial systems industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of boilers, pumps, heat pumps, piping systems, and control products.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with mechanical engineers, contractors, and industry professionals.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technologist, Certified Hydronic Designer, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a Manufacturer's Representative role.
- Familiarity with project management software and CRM systems.

Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
