About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Business Systems Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing various business systems and ensuring the seamless flow of information across our organization. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining the security and efficiency of our systems, as well as streamlining processes to enhance productivity.

What is a Business Systems Specialist at Thrive?

A Business Systems Specialist reports to a Business Systems Manager. Our Business Systems Specialists are responsible for managing and optimizing various business systems within an organization to ensure the smooth flow of information and efficient operations. Their primary role involves working on the implementation, customization, and maintenance of software and tools used to support different business functions.

- Project Management Software
- Administer and maintain the company’s Project Management platform, including user management, project setup,



and workflow configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project management processes and enhance team productivity.
- Database Management:
- Maintain and update databases containing client information, project details, and employee records.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Industry Standards and Best Practices:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and standards related to Revenue Operations, IT, and Operations.
- Implement industry best practices for optimizing business systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM and Invoicing Software:

- Manage and customize our CRM and Invoicing software to meet the organization's specific needs.
- Provide training and support to team members on utilizing these tools effectively.

Workflow Management Experience:





- Able to ensure all processes across several departments work to achieve the same results
- Demonstrable experience in developing workflows and ensuring that the employee experience is productive, direct, easy-to-understand, and efficient at all levels of the organization.

Automation Development:

- Write and implement automations using tools such as IFTTT, Zapier, Make.com, and various other scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.

Database Management:

- Maintain and update databases containing client information, project details, and employee records.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Project Management Software

- Administer and maintain the company’s Project Management platform, including user management, project setup, and workflow configurations.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project management processes and enhance team productivity.

Industry Standards and Best Practices:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and standards related to Revenue Operations, IT, and Operations.
- Implement industry best practices for optimizing business systems and processes.

Technical Requirements:

Reliable, fast internet connection and a dependable computer setup.

1) A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fields such as Marketing, Information Systems, or related areas.
