Are you looking to develop your professional experience in office administration? If you are an Administrative Assistant looking to gain some experience supporting senior executives, we have the opportunity for you! Our client, a leading global professional services firm, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their COO in their downtown Toronto office location.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be providing high level administrative support where you would be responsible for:
• Schedule management – Daily calendar management and resolving potential conflicts with meetings
• Operational support – Communicating any building/facilities request to the building and third party maintenance providers

• Coordinating meetings (booking and preparing room reservations, ordering catering, etc)
• Preparing and refining high-quality presentations and correspondences (PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets)
• Managing travel arrangements
• Expense reporting and coordinating payments for invoices
• File and records management to ensure compliance
• Liaising with all levels and departments of the company in a positive and professional manner
• Other administrative and support duties as required such as assisting with team activities and events

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficient in MS Office
