Environmental and Health and Safety and will work extensively will all members of QuadReal’s Environmental and Health and Safety team. The Environmental Intern will be responsible for supporting, the day to day management of all aspects of the environmental program. The Environmental Intern will require a strong attention to detail and the ability to organize, prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment towards appropriately bringing various tasks to completion. Responsibilities Provide overall support to the Environmental Department in the implementation of the environmental program for QuadReal’s properties Assist the Director, Environmental and Health and Safety with creating a new internal Environmental SharePoint Site. Provide creative input to the site content and vet information added to the site Assist with validation of information collected via an integrated internal environmental survey of the properties. Consolidate information collected via the internal environmental survey of the properties into QuadReal’s Environmental Management System Assist with organizing and managing QuadReal’s environmental data Assist with training programs/presentations, as necessary The Environmental Intern may also be involved in other Environmental initiatives, as required. Experience and Qualifications: Enrolled in a post-secondary Environmental Program with a focus on Environmental Assessment and Environmental Health and Safety. Passion for environmental compliance and management Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively using a range of media.
