You will lead the team and work closely with management,other IT Partners and Vendors as a focal point and coordinate a portfolio ofprojects from end-to-end. As a Senior Portfolio Administrator, you’ll beresponsible for managing projects’ financials and portfolio finances for aconsolidated view, business case financials and estimations to be able aprovide financial strategic advisory to management and executive leadership. How You’ll Succeed Financials –  SupportProject Managers/Management throughout all phases of the project managementlifecycle related to project financials, forecasting, spend reconciliations andreporting. Develop, manage, and control plans by making continuous updatesand mitigation decisions, escalating issues when necessary to comply withdelivery frameworks and other audit processes and requirements. Accounting - Performin the capacity of lead role managing Accruals/Re-Accurals, Vendor AgingReceivables, GL Reconciliations,Journal Entries, Asset Management, Capital Cost Assessment, Vendor Statement ofWork, Amortization Schedule Interpersonal relationships -  Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques forworking with individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborativemanner. Demonstrate Ability to express oneself and communicate withothers; recognizing that verbal and written communication is more than justlanguage - it includes tone, style and structure  You understand that success is in the details.  You notice things that others do not. Your criticalthinking skills help to inform your decision making. You will support yourteams by having a strong knowledge of CIBC governance and control plans, auditingand compliance to comply with CIBC best practices. You can demonstrate experience in  project financials, estimation invoicing, contracting, accruals, payments, vendor management, strategic financial advisory, auditing, previous accounting background with a certification as a CGA, CMA or equivalent.  It is an asset if  you have an understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle pertaining to project financials.
