Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Service

Now SME for a leading bank in Toronto.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Service

Now and a background in Windows, Linux, or VMware infrastructure.

This expertise will be crucial in assessing the feasibility of requirements from other teams.

You will leverage your previous experience and analytical skills to provide clear, actionable specifications and develop new functions in Service

Now for various Lines of Business (LOBs).

Skills and Requirements
Must Have
5-8 years of hands on experience with Service Now, both developing and implementing solutions, including custom applications and integrations.




Previous experience with self service solutions and automated workflows to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
Previous experience/knowledge with windows/linux/Vmware/azure infrastructure.
Expertise in creating and managing Service Catalog items, ensuring they meet business needs and are user-friendly.
Proficiency in using Service

Now Discovery to identify and map IT assets and services, ensuring accurate and up-to-date CMDB records.
CMDB - Configuration management database
Advanced scripting skills to customize Service

Now functionalities and automate processes.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide clear technical guidance.





Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical audiences. - Previous banking experience null
