About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a social media, influencer, and community manager rockstar to own and build our organic and paid social platforms, manage our YouTube and Pinterest channels like a pro,



and help tell our brand's story in ways that leave people wanting more. You'll need a creative spark, a sharp eye for details, and the ability to juggle everything from influencer collabs, to paid social campaigns, to analytics reporting and insights to make us better. Bonus: You'll get to mentor a co-op student and flex your leadership skills!

What You'll Be Building:

Social Media Mastery

- Develop and execute a blueprint for organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Own our YouTube channel: Create, optimize, and track content that makes subscribers hit that bell.
- Craft scroll-stopping content that screams our brand vibe while fitting into the social landscape.
- Engage with our audience in real time-think replies, reactions, and rallying a community of brand superfans.
- Use metrics and analytics to reinforce strategies and improve performance.

Influencer & Community Magic
- Scout and collaborate with influencers who get us and our audience.
- Lead influencer campaigns from start to finish-no boring cookie-cutter collabs here.
- Be the life of the (digital) party by fostering a tight-knit, loyal community.





Customer Storytelling & Social Selling
- Find customer stories that deserve a spotlight and turn them into share-worthy content.
- Collaborate with our sales team to find ways social can drive leads (and make it look fun!).
- Build strategies to harness the power of user-generated content.

Paid Social Genius
- Create paid social campaigns that deliver results-and then some.
- Align paid and organic strategies for one epic, seamless social presence.
- Optimize ad creative, messaging, and targeting with precision.

Leadership
- Mentorship
- Guide, mentor, and inspire a co-op student to bring their A-game every day.
- Share your knowledge and foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.

What You Bring to the Table:

- You're a social savant with 5+ years of experience managing social media platforms, including paid campaigns.




- You've got YouTube channel management down to a science.
- Canva or Adobe Creative Suite? Yep, you're a pro.
- Tools like Sprout Social? In your toolkit and ready to go.
- A knack for spotting trends and a creative mind buzzing with ideas.
- The storytelling skills of a novelist, the detail of a detective, and the energy of a viral TikTok.
- Bonus points if you can film, edit, and photograph like a boss.
- You're a numbers nerd who loves turning metrics into magic.
- You've mentored others before-or you're ready to start and crush it.
