We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated administrative assistant. This individual will be responsible for document preparations and distributions, correspondences as well as filing and data entry. The individual filling this position must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization,
including top executives in a high-energy and fast-paced environment while exercising good judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters.Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing documents and distributing them
- Filing forms
- Data entry
- Screening calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Processing expense reports
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Access, Visio, Lotus Notes.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Flexibility in regards to work schedule and responsibilities.
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound correspondence via mail, fax, email, phones.
- Excellent follow-up skills and file organization.
- Demonstrate an appreciation for multi-tasking opportunities and challenges.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Positive demeanor and attitude.
- Admin body shop experience
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, Oracle
- Knowledge of Mitchell or Audex estimating systems also an asset
- Fully Bilingual in French and English
