Our sales team is in need of an additional star talent to bring show the true power and strength of our solution to the Toronto market.

Responsibilities include:


- Soliciting prospective clients by phone in order to build business relationships, sell the overall Jobillico concept and schedule appointments for the inside sales team (average of 100 dials/day);
- Taking part in all market development activities (cold calling, market intelligence gathering, labour market trends);
- Working in close collaboration with the inside sales team in assigned vertical/industry segments to generate new business for the organization;
- Establishing, maintaining and developing relations with potential clients who have been identified as target prospective customers;
- Participating in internal sales meetings.


- Have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales and/or telephone outbound cold calling;
- Have the ability to establish quick relationships over the phone;
- Have the confidence needed to act as the product’s first ambassador with prospective clients;
- Ideally have vocational and/or college level training;
- Have an ability to cope with pressure;
- Ability to generate a high volume of outbound calls;
- Have the ability to achieve objectives on time;
- Have a strong sense of initiative.
