Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to spearhead our electrical motion and Pneumatic initiatives. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional with a strong foundation in stepper motors, servo systems, drives, and electrical actuators. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to engage in hands-on problem-solving,



customer facing role and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage technical projects and sales pipeline focusing on electrical motion systems.

- Provide technical support and expertise in stepper, servo, drives, and electrical actuators.

- Handle sales operations including responding to customer inquiries via calls and emails, preparing quotes, generating invoices and insuring proper and timely product delivering to the clients.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and new business.

- Develop technical documentation and sales support to assist with sales effort.

- Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to represent the company and expand business networks.





- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective clients.

- Assist in the development of new sales strategies based on customer feedback and market conditions.

- Generate leads through proactive reach out to potential clients via, phone calls, LinkedIn emails and networking.

Requirements:

- Technical degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proven working knowledge of stepper motors, servo systems, drives, and electrical actuators and pneumatics.
- Prior experience in automation or related industries is highly desirable.
- Sales experience is a plus, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
