Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Sales Manager to be responsible for building the sales team as well as developing new sales opportunities within the marketplace. If you are a successful sales person and you are looking for a great future this is the role for you! You will oversee and provide guidance to the existing sales staff, as well as be capable of managing your own territory.

We are offering a base salary of $60K-$70K per year, depending on experience, plus commissions. You need to have 5 years of experience in this role and knowledge of the Material Handling Sector would be an asset.







Duties & Responsibilities Using your knowledge of marketing and motivational skills you will ensure the sales team members and yourself are meeting sales and performance objectives. You will guide in sales techniques and marketing strategies and ensure quotes are provided to potential customers promptly and accurately. You will research and identify new business opportunities and assist your sales team with developing their territories as well as your own territory. General duties such as recruiting, orienting and training sales representatives will be expected.

Education and Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager with a proven track record in all the areas identified in this advertisement. • business degree or related professional qualification • experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy • technical sales skills • proven experience in customer relationship management • knowledge of market research • experience in managing, directing and supervising sales representatives • relevant product and industry knowledge • experience with relevant software applications
