• This role requires an individual with previous office work and customer service experience • Manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, marketing schedule, back-office support and lead follow-up • Self-motivated, punctual, highly teachable and eager to learn • Strong organizational and interpersonal Skills • Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and exceptional keyboarding skills • Strong understanding of social media platforms, strong graphic design experience using Adobe applications • Multitasking ability, attention to detail, excellent time management,
ability to work well in a team environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Complete duties in a timely manner with minimal supervision • Excellent phone manner and above computer skills are a must • Professional demeanour • Assist in other duties assigned. Previous Real Estate related experience is preferred. Working hours will be 10 am to 2 pm. If you possess the above skills, you will be invited for an interview starting September 3, 2018.
