Customer Service / Order Entry / Secretary / Inside Sales
Duties include but are not limited to order entry, invoicing, maintaining accurate computer Inventory, and Warranty administration in a one-person office. Computer knowledge and previous experience using Excel required. Familiarity with QuickBooks is an asset. Graphic Design Program experience an asset. Full time position (Monday to Friday) with peak busy periods.
Required skills: Ability to create a positive Customer Experience and maintain excellent Customer Relations Possess excellent written and oral communications Computer literate (MS Office essential)
Accounting Software experience including Order Entry and Inventory Accurate and detail oriented Ability to meet fast-paced deadlines Flexibility and ability to multi-task and adapt to a changing environment Team Player and good interpersonal skills
