Job Opportunity - Account Manager / Customer Service Representative.







The incoming Account Manager will manage on a day-to-day basis one or more customers, with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:


- Scheduling with all aspects of production, ensuring project requirements or changes are communicated as needed
- Monitor and record production progress using Excel
- compile worksheets and specifications for orders
- prepare and maintain dockets/reports relating to customer orders
- provide quality customer service for internal sales staff and outside customers
- Accessing and processing customer orders, following and monitoring orders throughout production through to completion.
- Scheduling with all aspects of production, ensuring project requirements or changes are communicated as needed
- Prepare, amend and manage job dockets, purchase orders and paperwork to enable production workflow.
- Resolve project challenges and establish manufacturing goals in a constructive, positive manner.
- Strict adherence to policies and procedures established at Brant.


The successful candidate will have a deep working knowledge of Microsoft suites (i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel), will coordinate activities with production and shipping. This representative will work directly with clients, sales personnel, manufacturing departments, vendors and co-workers to manage and communicate all product requirements.

Education:


- Post Secondary Education is required, Graphic Communications Management diploma or equivalent program is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of all printing processes including screen, digital and litho.
- A good command of the English language, including strong oral and written communication skills.
- Good time management and problem solving skills an asset


Required experience:


- PRINTING / PROJECT MANAGEMENT/: 3 years
