Job Purpose: Your role will span the development and maturation of the processes and tools that support the ITSM functions across the organization. This role involves a combination of technology management, process management, the management of related tool sets, and codifying workflows within the ITSM tool. Essential Functions: Design and improve modern processes around ITSM and create management standards around IT services and best customer service practices.



Coordinate and perform assessments utilizing analytical skills to understand client environments and associated ITIL/ITSM improvement opportunities. Support IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) process including Request, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog,

Knowledge, and other ServiceNow modules. Participate in planning and strategy discussions and help determine the organization and service delivery roadmap.



Ensures the success and quality of ITSM processes by working closely with cross-functional organizational units. Develop and maintain and produce operational and strategic reports and dashboards. Support governance and compliance by managing and reporting on the quality and compliance of our IT services and processes.



Helps establish standard Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and (IMACs). Regularly communicate overall project progress and issues. Education: Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Relevant



Work Experience: 2 to 4 years in related field 3+ years of demonstrated hands on development experience on the ServiceNow platform particularly in the following areas: development, configuration, integration, reports, notifications, events, business rules and catalogue items. Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Solid grasp of system and ITSM core configurations as well as ITOM in ServiceNow. Hands on experience with CMDB and Asset Management (Hardware/Software).



Attention to detail, superior communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to communicate with client stakeholders, and work closely in a collaborative team environment. Ability to develop workshop presentations and process documentation (advanced Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word skills). Demonstrate initiative and sound judgment.



Work independently as well as contribute to the team. Hands on experience with implementations and/or migrations to the ServiceNow platform. Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and ITSM concepts, including Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management, CMDB and Asset Management.





Strong focus on Continuous Service Improvement and self-motivated. Participate in on-call rotation for escalation support of technical issues, supporting the 24x7 operation environment; able to travel to provide planned and timely emergency support, as required
