Our client, one of Canada's leading third party service providers focused exclusively on delivering logistics solutions to the health care industry is seeking a qualified Training Coordinator to join their team! Training Coordinator The Training Coordinator will identify adult learning strategies related to the organizations key performance measures. The candidate will develop content for online, instructor led and blended delivery models. In collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SME), consultants, and the Human Resources team, the candidate will develop and continually improve course materials and training methods Areas of Responsibility: Work closely with Human Resources and other stakeholders to assess training needs,

implement direct, and lead training programs Ownership of the learning Management System (LMS) Develop and revise existing training and instructional documentation Work with content experts to design training content and collaborates with Information Technology and assorted SMEs to develop interactive multimedia content Facilitates an onboarding program; and works in partnership with various departments to ensure training compliance for job requirement changes Collect, analyze, report and track training data, and communicate to leaders on a regular, consistent basis to ensure training compliance Conduct annual review and revision of training courses and material as required Develop training documentations; training manuals, trainer lesson plans and facilitator guides, learning briefs, detailed course outlines and learning content in multiple languages as required Establish partnerships with external vendors to support in-house training expectations,

goals and objectives Promote and facilitate technical training on in-house applications Guide employee development and succession planning programs with assistance from the HR team. Conduct training review discussions with departments each budget season Additional duties as prescribed Skills you need to succeed: Sound knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and methods of evaluation Strong knowledge of learning Management systems, e-Learning platforms, and instructional design authoring tools Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Excel) Good knowledge of SharePoint Experienced delivering learning in assorted styles (ie. Presentation, facilitation, E-learning and blended. Experienced in delivering group training Enjoys mentoring and supporting others Excellent written and oral communication skills, including facilitation, and presentation skills Excellent change management skills Qualifications:

Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Adult Education, Training, Instructional Technology, or Instructional Design is an asset Minimum of 1 years designing e-Learning and classroom training programs Strong consulting and communications skills
