About This Opportunity As an experienced clinical dental professional, (RDH, DA,TC) your mission as an iTero Training Optimization Specialist is to work in the field with customers to provide clinical support and education. This position is mainly responsible to assure iTero clinical confidence and optimize utilization and benefits through all of the iTero clinical applications. Once customers have completed their training, the incumbent engages with customers primarily in their practices, providing coaching and guidance to raise their level of confidence and expertise through hands on experience to ensure full practice utilization.

As one of the important faces of Align Technology, you are instrumental in communicating with customers, internal teams and with internal leadership. In this role, you will Strategically work with sales and commercial support. You will collaborate with the internal and external partners teams to prioritize opportunities, playing an active role to enable customer efficiencies. You will contribute to internal company resources to optimize the customer experience and provide ongoing promotion of Align /iTero solutions. Provide hands on in office clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists and their staff surrounding the use of iTero with a heavy focus on scanning and application use as well as clinical troubleshooting.

Drive and accelerate clinical confidence for selected groups of doctors via specifically designed educational programs in close coordination with Clinical Digital Adoption, Training, Clinical training team, sales teams and external partners. Lead in person and on occasion virtual delivery and localization / creation of clinical education activities; including for live and online events: Support, education activities for conference booth events and other clinical programs. Support speaker-led events and clinical events such as Invisalign, iTero and Lab providers. You will stay active and engaged with important dental care related organizations to stay abreast of trends and changes in overall dental practice that impact our business or customers. Utilize data/analytics to help customers drive decision making and monitor progress on customer utilization.

Effectively and independently manage booking of travel within company guidelines; ensuring to adhere to personal expenses and expense reporting requirements in a timely manner. Individual leadership skills including the ability to organize and be driven. Other responsibilities as required. In this role, youll need to have College Diploma, Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a training or consulting dental/medical role, Minimum of 4 years of similar experience; ideally in training, or customer relations in medical / dental related areas with a previous experience working with iTero. Primarily in field with customers in their clinics or at trade shows, meetings etc. Requirement for a clinical training, certification, and are registered as a Dental Hygienist, Dental Assistant or Treatment coordinator Strong communicators and collaborators with exceptional oral and written communication to diverse audiences; effective & engaging presentation skills Be creative,

self-disciplined, and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently with a high sense of urgency Interpersonal skills including the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and possesses strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills to give the best advices to our customers. Strong focus on teamwork and a proven experience building and leveraging relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners Adaptable, flexible and a self-starter Organization skills including attention to detail, troubleshooting ability, and time management - High customer service standard that demonstrated a proven capability to navigate through change and operate with speed and agility Proficiency with full suite of Microsoft Office applications. Experience with a CRM system,

Salesforce preferred Requirement for a clinical training, certification, and are registered as a Dental Hygienist, Dental Assistant or Treatment coordinator You have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and access to a vehicle.
