Purpose You will be part of the Enterprise Business Solutions Center of Excellence, reporting to the Director, EBS. As the Senior Manager, Business Process Intelligence, you will work with Liberty leadership and business stakeholders to develop and implement our process and process change management discipline.

You will work closely with stakeholders across our diverse business areas and utilities to develop the processes, cadences and committees whereby we will intake, assess and govern process change. In this role you will lead the implementation of SAP Signavio and will work with a team of analysts and subject matter experts to document the end-to-end business processes, as implemented in our Customer First ERP landscape. You will have strong business acumen and process knowledge and will be instrumental in establishing leading practices for process documentation and change management at Liberty. You and your team will develop the fundamental hierarchies, catalogs and models which will enable a wide range of Business stakeholders and IT and EBS partners to work together effectively to sustain and grow the Customer First solution to meet the needs of Liberty Utilities. You will work closely with internal Centers of Excellence, Operational Excellence and our Business Leaders to understand process change requests or recommendations,

facilitate the decision-making process through a thorough analysis of benefits and impacts and then ensure process changes are managed and communicated. You will implement tools and processes to assess process compliance and any related issues. You work closely with Operational excellence in identifying areas for improvement and then in assessing the viability of proposed changes in the Customer First Landscape. What you will need to be successful: Process Centricity Your on-going leadership will fuel the development of our centralized business process model and promote process-minded thinking and problem solving across our organization. (Which defines the features and functionality of the Customer First solution. ) Be Data Driven - Develop data driven insights into process adoption, adherence and performance.

Relationship Management - Build internal and external relationships as required to help ensure EBS process governance activities are aligned with Libertys vision for technology and business solutions. Serve as trusted advisor to the Director, EBS and as primary point of contact for our process change governance committee. Entrepreneurial Minded -You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, be able to define and establish processes and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. High judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, and leadership are essential to success in this role. Accountabilities Develop vision, policies, standards, and support processes for definition and documentation of the processes which define the Customer First solution; develop the process hierarchy and taxonomy that establishes how processes are defined and aligned/integrated; engage stakeholders and deploy Assess the current state of the Liberty Customer First process model, identify gaps and develop action plans to close those gaps; engage EBS Product Teams to support content development; engage key business stakeholders to facilitate understanding of the process model and action plans Assess current and planned process knowledge management and collaboration tools and develop action plans to activate and deploy required features and functionality; engage EBS and IT resources as appropriate; oversee and monitor feature deployment and ensure appropriate user guides are provided to stakeholders Identify stakeholders, Centers of Excellence, and strategic initiatives relevant to process, data and information management; ensure EBS led policies, standards, models etc align with Enterprise standards and architectures; maintain a network of peers and stakeholders to maintain that alignment and share best practices and lessons learned Provide input to Customer First solution roadmaps and recommended investment portfolios Advise Director, EBS on risks, issues, and mitigation plan options Education and Experience You will have 5+ Years of process management experience, You have experience in the development and practical application of process repositories, process documentation and in implementing process change governance. You have experience working with large scale, enterprise ERP platforms in the context of the role as described above. You have experience in identifying, deploying,

and supporting knowledge management/Process documentation and collaboration tools. (SAP and Signavio experience highly valued.)
