Major Duties and Responsibilities: Catalog all the incoming assets from the Downsville facility; Create an excel database with all the newly received assets; Document all the relevant information (Asset pictures, tooling part numbers, calibration info, equipment specifications, etc.); Add inventory labels to the assets; Record the inventory location; Liaise with AMEs and logistics lead to record all the relevant information for the asset; Identify problems (missing parts, broken equipment, overdue calibration, etc.) and propose solutions; Perform any other related project or task as required. Experience and Educational Requirements: Experience in an any aviation or warehouse environment will be considered an asset; Preference will be given to candidates attending or are an alumni of a post-secondary program related to Aviation, such as SAITs Maintenance Program; Excellent organization and communication skills; Positive attitude promoting teamwork and collaboration; Able to work effectively on their own; Working Conditions: Environment: Indoors Hangar Production Floor.
Exposures encountered: Hazardous materials,
loud noise, fumes, dust, odors, gases, heat/cold, trips, slips. Essential physical requirements: stand, kneel, lift, push, pull, carry, walk, stairs. Physical effort: Light, lifting to 25 pounds Travel requirements: Not Required
