How You Will Help Us: As a Project Program Associate Director, you are responsible for managing all aspects of the project throughout the projects lifecycle Sales, Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control and Closure as well as managing operational activities such as resource requests, contracts & time codes, invoicing, internal status, and metrics reporting. You will ensure that after we have won a deal, the right people are in place to fulfil our promises to the client, even if that means filling in for certain roles yourself. You will also keep stakeholders informed on how the project is going and remove any obstacles should they arise. Finally, you will ensure delivery meets our standard of excellence and supplies the client with what they need. Once You Are Here, You Will: Manages a staff of professional-level team members or manages a team through lower-level supervisors. Works within general policies and management guidance, independently determining approach to managing daily operations. Provides guidance and technical advice, becoming actively involved, as necessary. Participate in the definition of scope, schedule, and budget for new opportunities as part of the Sales process,

then facilitate staffing and organizing new teams Lead the transition of projects from the Sales process to the Delivery process. Sometimes transitioning to the assigned Project Manager or Scrum Master and sometimes filling the PM/SM role. Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects for distributed (on & offshore) and remote teams. Manage stakeholder communications and expectations for project deliverables. Manage resource performance during project execution. Coach resources as needed when there are performance challenges. Ensure project delivers the agreed to scope as defined in the SOW. Identify deviations from the SOW and manage via a change control process. Required Qualifications: 7+ Years' experience managing projects across the entire Systems Development Life Cycle using both Waterfall & Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) methodologies. 5+ Years' experience monitoring and controlling multiple projects simultaneously.

5+ Years' experience working closely with Business and Technology partners to create end to end project plans including staffing plans, business tasks and deliverables, clear scope/MVP definition, and associated assumptions and risks 1+ Years experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Jira-Align, Rally, Version One Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience Preferred: PMI PMP Certification Scrum or SAFe Certification Ideal Mindset: Servant Leader. You lead with action, always searching for ways to serve the team. Empathetic. You enter conflict seeking to understand and prepared to help team members work through their problems. Resourceful. As problems arise, you creatively identify the best path forward.
