We are currently seeking a Service Manager to join our leadership team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership. Purpose/Summary of Position: This role is responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the Service Department with oversight and management of Service Advisors, Support Staff, Technicians and Apprentices. This Management role is responsible for ongoing planning and collaboration with other department leaders; executing on objectives, goals and growth strategies; ensuring compliance with process and procedures; motivating and coaching team members for performance; improving efficiencies; driving sales and championing the customer experience. Required Qualifications:
