Job Description Reporting to the Vice Presidents of Syndication,

the Account Manager Syndication and Broker Services is responsible for managing the flow of transactions between direct origination sources and Sonomas third-party funding partners; and for managing the flow of transactions between indirect origination sources (brokers) to Sonoma Capital.To be successful in this position the candidate will be (a) well versed in the marketing aspects of equipment leasing; (b) highly skilled in communication both internally and externally and (c) possess a strong understanding of transaction and portfolio profitability management. Job Duties and Responsibilities Your primary duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Create and manage syndication packages for external funders Process and manage broker applications from inception through funding Gather transaction information to prepare credit submission including applications, credit write ups, quotes, employment verification, and financial statements (if necessary) Serve as the primary point of contact between brokers, funders and direct reps for respective syndication and broker transactions. Work with Senior Management on building and executing strategies to ensure profitability aligned with targeted forecasts. Provide sound judgement, analysis,

and recommendations regarding best practices for broker and syndication business. Responsible for data input and integrity of the companys CRM data as it relates to the Account Managers. Requirements College Diploma or University Degree is preferred. 3+ years sales and/or administrative experience. Previous sales and/or administrative experience within the equipment finance industry is preferred, but not required. Experience interpreting key financial information and assessing the potential impact to the borrower. Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and effectively work on multiple tasks in a fast paced, demanding environment Demonstrated high level of integrity, energy, and a positive customer quality of service focus.
