Main Purpose of the Role The Regional Training Manager will combine their optical/retail knowledge to facilitate learning activities across our stores, both new and existing locations.

The role combines different learning techniques and delivery methods to ensure the learners experience is challenging, practical and effective, but also efficient. This a delivery focused role, facilitating a range of colleague development topics and performance related capability building activities. There will also be a requirement to work alongside the Retail Relationship Manager, Clinical Performance Consultant, and Central Operations teams to support the Retail Partners and their teams improving the overall team performance and their effectiveness at delivering the brand experience. To support the new Canadian region, learning material creation and development will also be expected. Key Responsibilities Facilitate and support learners on colleague development from onboarding to core offer and management development. Proactively work with the Clinical Consultants and Regional Relationships Managers to ensure a one team approach. Provide challenge, advice, and coaching support for Partners to ensure they are developing the skills and capabilities of their team and making full use of the training offer.

Work with Partners to support specific stores build capabilities to deliver performance improvement. Give feedback to the Regional Relationship Manager on any people development challenges. Support Regional Relationship Managers on national and local people development initiatives. Promote the use of internal Specsavers intranet (GreenPoint) through self-lead learning paths designed for Partners and their store colleagues. Help bring training to life by sharing colleagues experiences and the impact on their performance and their role in store after learning. Work with other training teams in the other regions to utilize existing materials to continuously improve the learning solutions we provide. Work with your peers and the entire Canadian Learning and Development team to develop and create required learning materials for delivery though virtual,

face to face learning, or self-lead learning on the GreenPoint platform. Actively participating in continued professional development. Facilitate and support the new store launch program timelines and processes. Key Skills, Ability and Experience Facilitation and training skills in virtual and face to face delivery approaches, for individuals, small and large groups. Mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to apply learning theory within group facilitation in online and face to face environments. Utilize self-management to plan, prioritize and manage a heavy workload in a flexible manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced evolving and growing business and deal well with change. Ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
