Website:Email: Job Description As a Client Onboarding Specialist,

you will be working primarily with LetHubs founding team to provide onboarding and support to clients throughout their journey with the platform. You will also help with various tasks relating to business operations including coordinating with the web development team for the release of new features and researching and creating social media content where necessary. Responsibilities Onboard new clients to the platform Perform daily account checks to ensure client usability Work with the marketing team, when necessary, to help with content creation Manage projects in correspondence with the technology team Provide email support Qualities we look for beyond academics High-energy and dedication Passion for learning new things Out-of-the-box thinking and constantly challenging assumptions Persuasiveness Positive attitude Ideal Candidate Canadian citizen or permanent resident Undergraduate degree A strong interest in building a career in customer success, account and project management, and marketing Entrepreneurial mindset eager to advance through clearly defined learning paths Self-disciplined, organized,
