To support that challenge, the Marketing Operations team is currently seeking a Production Operations Lead that will collaborate with team members of the Marketing Operations team (project managers, copywriters, designers and the digital marketing team), to ensure smooth, effective, on-time delivery of tactics. We have a Flexible Work Location approach and this role can be based in Guelph, Calgary or remotely across Canada. What Will You Do Collaborate with team members of the Marketing Operations team (project managers, copywriters, designers and the digital marketing team), to ensure smooth, effective, on-time delivery of tactics Manage day-to-day project intake, project prioritization, and internal and external resource allocation Drive structured processes/workflows to efficiently and effectively support on tactic delivery with quality assurance Communicate project progress,

issues and resolutions to the team Manage all third-party vendor contracts, agreements & retainers, ensure internal alignment with Syngenta Procurement, Legal & SBS and adhere to Syngenta guidelines, policies, governance and compliance Facilitate weekly internal status meetings Qualifications You are someone with: Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Communications, or 5+ years of relevant experience in a small marketing or advertising agency, or in-house marketing team, with similar job responsibilities A minimum of 5 years of marketing communications, project management and agency production experience Ability to influence others, negotiate and resolve conflict Proficient in time management with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities Solid production fundamentals - scoping, financial tracking,

risk management Preferred Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Trello or another project management software, Mural and Smartsheet Strong experience in the digital and media spaces Expertise using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office products.
