Havas Media has an immediate position available for a Senior Specialist, Digital Analytics, in the Toronto office. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a dynamic integrated marketing company. As a Sr.



Specialist, you will play an active role in the development and management of the analytics and measurement practice across many of Havas Medias clients. You will partner with our investment, planning, and performance teams to translate clients business objectives into structured measurement plans for media campaigns. The Senior Specialist will also be responsible for the management and visualization of data in order to help both internal teams (social, search, programmatic) and clients make data driven decisions.

You must have experience with data visualization & dashboards ( Tableau, PowerBI, Data Studio, DOMO), and experience with data collection & manipulation (SQL, R, Python) would be a great asset. Who You Are Excellent understanding of online advertising ecosystem and performance metrics.





Strong verbal and written communication skills, specifically the ability to prepare clear and concise stories from data Expertise collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data Organized with a strong attention to detail , focused on accuracy Strong expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Responsibilities Establish media measurement strategies for digital campaigns Work closely with media team to assess the campaigns technical measurement and data requirements Monitor and analyze performance through campaign dashboards and readouts, provide strategic optimization recommendations. Promote process and organizational efficiency through automation Provide input into test and learn programs and opportunities Identify new opportunities within clients, inclusive of additional measurement studies, web analytics, creative testing, landing page testing, etc.





Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio, DOMO) are a must Understanding of site analytics / tag management systems (GA, Adobe Analytics, GTM) Experience with data collection & manipulation (SQL, R, Python) are a strong asset Experience with media platforms such as Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook, etc. Excellent client acumen and relationship building skills Self-starter with a leadership character Our Perks
