Job Opportunity Are you passionate about applied behavioural science? Do you get excited about conducting research and sharing findings?



Were seeking an experienced applied behavioral scientist to join our team and help develop meaningful insights into Behavioural Health. As a member of the Behavioural Health team, you will help us study human behavior to promote and track positive behaviour change. The Behavioural Scientist supports and leads the development and application of validated behavioral science into headversitys product, learner experience, and content.



As a member of the Behavioural Health team, the behavioral scientist will help us study and understand human behaviour to promote and track positive behaviour change.

The behavioral scientist will play a role in building a deep understanding of the end user and ensure scientific and validated concepts and principles are leveraged and applied to enhance engagement and positive behavior outcomes. Why work for headversity?

Duties and responsibilities Action-biased and entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for applied behavioral science research and application Conduct literature reviews of scientific publications, indexing, summarizing, interpreting and socializing findings Operationalize validated behavioral science principles and best practices to enhance the product and content Contribute to building out strategy and roadmaps that will drive towards our north star of predicting and preventing costly outcomes around safety and performance Collaboration across multiple teams to understand, inform, influence, and help execute our product strategy



Be a thought leader and advocate for behavioral science across the company Conduct scientifically sounds experiments to understand and validate outcomes Collect, analyze, and synthesize user behavior through studies, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, and online experiments (e.g., A/B testing)

into actionable insights and recommendations to inform design solutions Write white papers and case studies that showcase positive behaviour outcomes Be curious and inquisitive with a passion for exploratory analysis aiming to uncover insights to drive business outcomes Passionate about story telling through data with excellent report-writing and presentation skills Expertise in explaining technical and complex concepts to a wide and varied audience Other duties as needed and required



Some travel may be required Qualifications Skills and Qualifications: Must have minimum 3 years of practical business experience in behavioral science application or market research Advanced degree in experimental psychology, marketing, consumer behaviour, other social science disciplines is recommended Proven ability to critique, analyze,

and elevate strategies and ideas Expertise in conducting qualitative and quantitative research (including focus groups, in-depth interviews, surveys, assessments, etc) A deep understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process Proficient in translating data and research findings into actionable insights and directional principles Conversant in the principles and practices of human-centered design and design thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to large groups and to leadership teams Our Commitment to a Diverse Culture We continue in our dedication to building a more and more diverse, equitable and inclusive environment at headversity.
