You will be in contact with established customers daily, no cold calling this is not a call centre! You will being responsible for order taking, data entry and getting to know the ins and outs of the needs of the clientele. It is an excellent role, with a supportive management team, driven to support your own professional growth and success! It is a permanent, full-time role, in office Monday to Friday. Experience 2 4 years experience in customer service related to the chemical industry 2 4 ans dexprience en service la clientle li lindustrie chimique Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in both English and French languages A high commitment to service and problem solving, with a proactive attitude Strong computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office products and familiarity with ERP systems Willingness to work in office (this is not a remote opportunity)
