DMC is currently looking for a detail-oriented HR/HRIS Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis, based in our Sudbury, Ontario location. The HR/HRIS Administrator will be responsible for the end-to-end accurate processing of employee transactions within an HRIS/ERP system as well as related administrative duties. Responsibilities: Enters, updates and maintains accurate employee records in HRIS/ERP system throughout the employee lifecycle while obtaining appropriate approvals and attaching applicable employee paperwork/documentation Audits HR systems regularly to ensure data integrity Assists with augmentation and system improvements as required Generates employee related paperwork (letters, terminations, promotions, verifications, leaves, etc.), while liaising with other functions (payroll, benefits) Organizes and administers employee onboarding process such as drafting offer letters, requesting medical testing, distributing new hire documents, conducting orientations, collecting forms, etc. Processes offboarding requests coordinating with other departments as applicable (IT, administration)

Processes and tracks Purchase Orders into ERP system Generates regular and ad-hoc reporting analytics including turnover, headcounts, recruitment, and other HR KPIs Provides support to ongoing and new HR projects/initiatives as needed Act as a first point of contact for general employee inquiries Qualifications: Diploma or bachelors degree with at least one year experience proving HR support Technically adept with intermediate skills in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS/ERP system is an asset High attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner as well as gather and analyze information skillfully Excellent organizational,

follow-through and workload planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to hard or soft deadlines Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in the work environment (i.e. manage change, delays, or unexpected events) Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with internal and external audiences A driven, professional self-starter who can work both independently and as a team member Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) along with strong interpersonal skills Proactive mindset and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team Developed professional maturity and approach Resourceful, capable of anticipating next steps and taking initiative Demonstrated good judgement and discretion while maintaining a high-level of confidentiality *No external recruiters please. *The description is for the purpose of information only,
