Pride Group Logistics Ltd. has a new opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our asset-based team at our location in Dorval, QC. This is a salaried full-time Monday to Friday position with steady year-round work.

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5 PM Training will be provided to the selected candidate, but it is expected that the successful candidate have at least 2-years of transportation experience. Essential Duties: Provide and support service requirements of all assigned clients within a region Receive incoming telephone calls from customers, administrative and operations staff Trace customers' shipments and provide timely updates as required Assist, investigate and correct customer issues and order delays with appropriate solutions/alternatives and follow-up Proactively communicate with dispatchers to avoid undesirable outcomes Develop and maintain relationships with customers Facilitate pickup and delivery appointments for every customer shipment Input all relevant data for each freight movement into the computer system (TMS) Various administrative duties as assigned by operations Updating customer online portals daily, as required Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience working in the transportation industry High school diploma or GED or a solid and comparative experience, working in a customer service role Skilled at providing exceptional service to customers over the phone or e-mail Energetic and positive nature A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently and as a team member Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pride Group Logistics Ltd est une entreprise de transport nationale et transfrontalire dynamique et en pleine croissance. Devoirs essentiels : Fournir et soutenir les exigences en matire de services de tous les clients assigns dans une rgion Recevoir les appels tlphoniques entrants des clients,

du personnel administratif et du personnel des oprations Retracer les expditions des clients et fournir des mises jour en temps opportun au besoin Aider, enquter et corriger les problmes des clients et les retards de commande avec des solutions / alternatives appropries et un suivi Communiquer de manire proactive avec les rpartiteurs pour viter les rsultats indsirables Dvelopper et maintenir des relations avec les clients Faciliter les rendez-vous de ramassage et de livraison pour chaque envoi client Saisir toutes les donnes pertinentes pour chaque mouvement de fret dans le systme informatique (SGT) Diverses tches administratives assignes par les oprations Mettre jour quotidiennement les portails en ligne des clients, au besoin Exigences minimales :

Minimum de 2 ans dexprience de travail dans lindustrie du transport Diplme dtudes secondaires ou GED ou une exprience solide et comparative, travailler dans un rle de service la clientle Qualifi pour fournir un service exceptionnel aux clients par tlphone ou par e-mail Nature nergique et positive Un haut degr de prcision et dattention aux dtails Comptences efficaces en rsolution de problmes et en rsolution de conflits Capacit de travailler de faon autonome et en tant que membre de lquipe Matrise de la suite Microsoft Office Type demploi : Temps plein, permanent
