We are looking for customer service experts. Career Description/Summary: As a part of the Customer Care Team you represent one of our leading automotive clients. The Bilingual Customer Care Ambassador is the first point of contact with current and potential customers and external parties.

You will be working in partnership with other departments and dealerships as the liaison between our customers and clients. You will participate in an interactive paid training in which you will learn everything you need to know. You will join a fabulous team, a great work environment, a beautiful site and a management team who truly cares. Responsibilities: Answer answering general customer inquiries in both French and English Assist customers with navigation and roadside assistance or vehicle warranty and vehicle recalls Obtaining customer information and data Inputting consumer data and file information Welcome customers to the brand and our variety of products Handle multiple call types from our various members in North America Communicate clearly and professionally to our Members Listen attentively to our Members needs,

while demonstrating empathy Maximize each opportunity to build rapport Make tailored recommendations on our products and services to meet the members need This role is the perfect opportunity for someone considering a career in customer services in the Call Centre environment. TO BECOME A PART OF OUR TEAM: Fluent in French and English (read, write, and speak) We are looking for candidates with a High School Diploma (or equivalent) Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications) 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and or Call Centre experience)

is beneficial Able to work an 8-9-hour shift in between the hours of 7:00am-11:00pm Monday-Saturday and flexible to work Sunday if required Clear Criminal Background check Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills We are not hiring students at this time
