Associate Account Manager Toronto, ON (Remote) Company Our client is a full-service, global brand design and experience agency servicing world class clients. Overview Our Marcom team is looking for an upbeat, friendly and incredibly detail-oriented Associate Account Manager role who is passionate about client service and collaboration. In this position, youll gain exposure to some big players in the CPG industry, working with a supportive core team of creative, strategists and account/PMs, tackling anything from POS roll- outs to supporting development of fully integrated programs. The role will help support marketing communications in social, digital, trade and shopper marketing, and eCommerce.
Responsibilities As an Associate Account Manager, youll wear many hats, but a day in life generally includes: A Client-First mindset Build and maintain strong client relationships; knowing and understanding the client industry landscape, business objectives, challenges and working styles to be able to provide value day-to-day on their business Client day-to-day business lead Manage complete process from creative brief through to final approval, production, delivery and post-analysis while working closely with creative/strategy teams, partners and vendors to ensure budgets and timelines are managed appropriately Consistently look to deliver overall service offering Deliver against KPIs on projects and debrief successes and opportunities Contribute to company culture and values Collaboration with multiple internal and external teams Financial Responsibility Organic revenue growth accountability Development of project proposals and estimates and management of project budgets Monthly financial tracking and reporting Ability to manage multiple client and project budgets Overall,
supporting day-to-day business goals and targets Efficient time and project management. Development and management of multiple concurrent project workbacks Strong collaboration with resourcing team to ensure teams are ready to get started on work, and projects stay on track Organization and strong attention-to-detail Ability to work quickly, and to handle a variety of different asks Requirements Completion of post-secondary university or college degree, preferably in marketing / communications 1-4 years proven experience in client service, in a similar marketing communications role Excellent client service skills and the ability to think proactively Strong understanding of social and digital media eCommerce included Experience in trade and shopper marketing Time and budget management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
both written and verbal Someone willing to take initiative on projects and has passion to constantly learn and grow Someone who is super collaborative and focuses on the solution vs. the problem Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high volume environment
