As a key member of the East Coast Docks front line service team, the Sales Account Liaison makes clients' docking solutions happen. Combining strong product knowledge with attention to detail and solid communication skills you will guide the client through a seamless sales and installation process where the end result creates a lifestyle of their dreams! This role works closely with the Ontario Channel Manager to uphold company and industry standards on all projects.



This permanent full-time position will require some travel to customer locations. While the regular work week will consist of Monday to Friday there will be some weekend and evening work.

Our head office and primary location is in Charlottetown PEI, and we have recently expanded with a new location in Orillia Ontario. East Coast Docks is the Eastern Canadian distributor for several marine manufacturers including our flagship product - EZ Dock. EZ Dock is the Worlds first composite, modular, docking system.



We operate retail operations out of both of our locations and manage a dealer network comprised of 17 independently owned and operated dealers covering Ontario, Qubec, and Atlantic Canada.

Check out our website for more information Responsibilities Customer Service/ Communication Participate in boat/trade shows.



Follow up with customers regarding their requests in a timely manner. Work with customers to determine their goal for their dock and recommend the right product for them. This can include a site visit to ensure customers expectations are met.



Ensure customers are thoroughly informed and updated on the status of all projects and scheduling changes. Taking payments/deposits from customers. Ensure project manager/install team understand the design layouts.



Visiting customer sites after completion to ensure the highest standards are met and ensure customer satisfaction. Deliver excellent customer service and ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Documentation & Administration: Manage leads, delegate, and follow up.



Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product changes and features Converting estimates into sales orders. Qualifications 2+ years of sales experience Marine sale experience is an asset Experience with MS Excel and Outlook Comfortable working in/around water.
