Title: Sales Solution Program Manager Location: Remote, Canada Contract: ASAP- June 30th 2023, Strong potential for extension IFG is on the search for a Sales Solution Program Manager to support a global IT giant in Canada on a contract basis. Our client is a global trillion-dollar tech company, at the forefront of cutting-edge technology. Project Specific Key Deliverables: Create a new sales motion solution across multiple organizations.



Key experiences desired: Sales, Partner Contract development, Supply Chain/Distribution Criteria requirements alignment - Requirements Doc/ Stakeholder Management Vendor Selection alignment Vendor priority process Path to execution maintenance and sustain of the program Execution to end of term,

Pilot plan , change management Project-Specific Requirements: Project management Influence without authority Stakeholder alignment / engagement/ support Someone can aggregate across the organization sales, SC, engineering across multiple interface points not just one team Extremely diligent and can actually run as a true project, next multimillion dollar revenue stream for MS Cat herding, all stakeholders in room , driving from each and objections, Rallying people critical, bring different individuals together Not afraid to ask questions and to push on people



General Project Management: Successfully PM timely completion of project deliverables and manage project workstreams. Manage/facilitate defined project goals/metrics (quality, time, and cost) Publish weekly project status, metric, objectives, and key results (OKR) vs targets Capture/document new scenarios/use cases/requirements for the capabilities to be developed and deployed from various user communities/stakeholders. Admin & Management: Orchestrate, schedule, and facilitate regular project activities, meeting, drive actions,

maintain and manage risk log, communicate, and present status at various forums, meetings, including project steerco, etc.



Project Reporting Helping to coordinate intake and track progress from all parties. Including but not limited to: Initiative workstreams leads CGI major milestones Initiative scorecard updates Project progress newsletter Open action and risk/mitigation log Project Data Coordination Dashboard upkeep Maintain issue action and risk log Data sharing with all stakeholders, business partners and workstreams Meeting notes, actions log, risk log & recaps Weekly Syncs Steering meetings REQUIREMENTS:

Previous sales experience Partner contract development experience Supply chain distribution knowledge IFG is an equal opportunity employer.
