We know that great people are the key to the success of our business! TheReliability & Warranty Coordinatorwill be expected to work Monday to Friday, 10-hour days, starting at 5:45 am. Shared transportation to and from site will be provided. An excellent Reliability and Warranty Coordinator will be a strong self-starter who identifies and manages asset reliability risks that could adversely affect business operations. A key function of this role is to manage Loss Elimination, Risk Management and Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) by working with internal customers and vendors. As a Reliability and Warranty Coordinator YOU will: Comply with all site safety procedures and initiatives Build & develop relationships with vendors and internal customers to maintain communication and flow of information regarding warranty claims and asset reliability Develop and implement a defined Warranty Management process to manage internal customers and vendors with clear expectations through each warranty claim to control/prevent loss to the company Develop and implement reliability campaigns to identify improvements in maintenance activities to improve reliability and reduce risk Regularly meet with vendors to review and coordinate warranty campaigns/service letters through to completion Evaluate maintenance systems and recommend alternative procedures as required Review all fluid samples and provide input and/or direction as required Contribute to the development of an asset life cycle model Develop and distribute KPIs weekly Generate reports as required Provide quality service by following the company's, the client's and legislated safety standards About Us: Helping you Move the Earth! What We Need From You: Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices with an excellent safety attitude A minimum of 5 years experience working with heavy equipment, particularly with dozers, haul trucks and excavators of all major brands such as CAT, John Deere, Hitachi and Komatsu Mining experience and ability to access CNRL, Syncrude, Suncor,

Fort Hills and Kearl is essential Preference will be given to individuals with an degree in Reliability Engineering Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills, with a strong mechanical background Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Understanding of loss prevention concepts Customer service focus and ability to build relationships Strong ethics and compliance to rules and regulations is a must Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products Team player that shows initiative and is a continual learner Must be self-driven and results oriented Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance Minimum advanced Class 5 Driver's license and clean driver's abstract Mustbe able to complete a Respirator Fit test and don a mask at any time while at work,
