Were looking for a Digital Product Manager, eCommerce to join our Digital Integration & Web Experience team.The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketer with a track record of successful digital activities, a drive to exceed expectations and a keen ability to interpret online data to continue to take the business to the next level.We expect you to be experienced in all aspects of the eCommerce sales world,

In general, this role will be accountable for driving sales for our website and developing strategies and marketing plans in close collaboration with senior management, the Digital Integration & Web experience team, CPG Product Marketers and other functional areas.This role includes: new digital product development, line extensions, costing and pricing analysis, market research, competitive and category analysis. The Digital Product Manager,

eCommerce will also be instrumental in identifying and developing the marketing elements to support our Direct-to-Consumer business.This role requires a passion for data and a passion for all things eCommerce, as well as a strong ability to collaborate to get things accomplished. Education, Skills and Competencies Required: College Certificate/Diploma in Marketing/Business, Bachelors Degree preferred 3-5 years related eCommerce marketing experience, preferably with experience on the eCommerce side of a consumer packaged goods business Broad perspective of business and operations preferably in a large corporate environment Experience developing and launching new products and product improvements Fluency in eCommerce Tech Experience in Scrum, Dev Sprints, eCommerce timelines and roadmaps Strong project management skills with ability to pull resources together to lead a project to completion Proven track record of results by developing,

executing and evaluating promotional programs Experience in UX prototyping, User & A/B Testing Familiarity with a strong eCommerce platform (i.e. Magento) Strategic thinker with high levels of motivation, initiative and energy Experience in all aspects of Marketing (generalist rather than specialist) Demonstrated success in the development and execution of eCommerce marketing plans Demonstrated talent in both analytical and creative arenas Demonstrated creativity in developing collateral materials Demonstrated ability to collaborate and integrate cross-functionally Solid oral and written skills, ability to effectively communicate and influence Ability to effectively organize, plan and manage multiple projects Ability to use analytical thinking to assess data and develop information Proven passion for eCommerce and must be driven to exceed objective (i.e. budgets) Passion for safety,

quality and customer service Advanced computer skills in Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word Ability to travel both domestically and internationally Bilingual with ability to read, write and proof-read French Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of the assigned Portfolio Champion new product launches from market size assessment and profitability down to pricing and specific SKU recommendations, as it relates to our Direct-to-Consumer platforms Manage execution and financial impact of marketing programs, control related expenditures within approved budget, and leverage product and profitability analysis for decision making Coordinate and execute all phases of eCommerce business plan Develop and manage relationships with vendors, product development, research, finance, supply chain and sales Monitor competitive, market and consumer trends,

develop insights and assess potential impacts to formulate eCommerce selling strategies Develop and manage execution of eCommerce marketing programs Liaise with other functional groups to address consumer and business issues Control all related expenditures within approved budget Manage product and profitability analysis for decision making Provide support to CPG product marketing re. web representation of CPG items as well as email execution Populate appropriate eCommerce systems and spreadsheets to support maintaining, adding and discontinuing products and prices Coordinate with CPG Product Marketing and Digital Integration team on product exit plans Adhere to safe work practices, instructions and rules, and perform work duties in a manner that ensures the health and safety of all employees Avery Products (Canada), a division of CCL Industries, Inc.
