We are looking for a Talent Experience Specialist to join our growing People team! Reporting to the Head of People Operations, your role is to be a strategic partner to the business that creates exceptional and inclusive team member experiences that strengthens belonging, recruitment, retention, and productivity.



You Will:

Create best-in-class team member experience frameworks that emphasize the milestones in team members' professional and personal lives that impact their work

Assess the impact of people practices and policies on the team member experience and provide recommendations to improve their effectiveness

Partner with people leaders to develop, promote and deliver out of the box team member engagement activities that foster connection and belonging

Support the coordination, facilitation, and delivery of major company and department events, Townhalls, Retrospects, and Quarterly BenchSci Homecoming EventsCoordinate design, implementation, and inventory of marketing assets for all employee experiences

Research and recommend proactive approaches to supporting healthy physical and mental well-being

Lead the facilitation of our remote-first onboarding experience to set new hires up for success and create relationships

Partner with the marketing and communications team in the implementation of strategic internal communications plans

Coordinate recognition experiences by working closely with team members, people leaders, Marketing, and Communications departments (recognition awards, work anniversaries, milestones, etc.)

Pursue technologies that can help us improve communication, provide a tailored team member experience, and strengthen a sense of belonging



You Have:

Strong storytelling and presentation skills with the ability to capture a room

Ability to synthesize data into logical conclusions and recommendations

A self-guided leader, creative, responsible, high-energy, and obsessed with finding ways to do things better
