D&H; Group LLP is seeking a User Support Specialist to join our IT Department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience providing technical support to end-users in a professional office. ABOUT THE ROLE:



This position is a lead role in the operation and maintenance of a company’s internal systems. You would be working in an office setting and providing technical assistance and support for service requests related to the firm’s computer systems, hardware, software, and remote access systems.



RESPONSIBILITIES:



· Identify and resolve technical issues, both independently and collaboratively



· Provide technical leadership and support to IT staff and all other departments



· Assist in technical upgrading and maintenance of entire office systems



· Assist with implementing solutions for hardware and software troubleshooting



· Clear and comprehensive understanding of existing network infrastructures



· Analyze and provide recommendations for existing network infrastructures



· Facilitate systems upgrades



CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:



· Degree or diploma in Computer Technology or a related field is preferred



· 2+ years in an IT service desk environment



· Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, MS Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Office 365



· Working knowledge of remote access protocols



· Experience with a document management system and Professional Services applications



· Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues



· Excellent communication skills



· Team player and works well both collaboratively and independently



· High accuracy and attention to detail

Salary: $60,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
