Corporate Sales Manager

Job description

KN International Trading LTD. Is a global trading company with offices in Canada, Turkey, Hong Kong, UAE, Sweden, and the UK.

We are currently looking for a new Corporate Sales Manager to join our team!

The Corporate Sales Manager will be leading our Sales team and will be actively working with our clients to ensure they are receiving top service.


- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments

- Organize regional and International sales operations: Canada, Hong Kong, UAE, Sweden, Turkey, and Italy

- Develop connections with International partners

- Oversee and coordinate all activities and operations of the sales team for the purpose to build a reliable and profitable relation with buyers and other customers

- Arrange and plan daily sales operations of our local office in Vancouver

- Create and devise new strategies and policies necessary for achieving sales target based on current organizational procedures

- Develop and improve current company sales team policies and procedures

- Implement current and new sales policies and procedures

- Meet with company management team to understand the business objectives and overall strategies

- Decide the sales and promotion strategies on all of our products worldwide

- Conduct customer relationship management with the sales team and ensure high level of service and client loyalty

- Oversee and guide sales team members, when negotiating sales contracts

- Manage the recruitment of sales department and train the new sales team member by monitoring their performance


· Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a focus in Economics, Business or Social Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Excellent organizational, multitasking and time-management skills.

· Detail-oriented accuracy in all work and communication.

· Team Leader with good collaborative skills and the ability to quickly adapt to change.

· Enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic, challenging and team-oriented work environment.

· Fluent in English (bilingual or multilingual is a bonus)

· Connections to business operations in our partner countries is a bonus.

Expected start date: 2022-01-03

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $85,000-$100,000 per year
