Our team is a group of passionate and driven individuals from across Canada. We’re looking for a multi-talented individual who can work independently with minimal supervision and still be able to produce results.



We are searching for a well-spoken and charming individual to serve as a liaison between our Talents and their fans. Our Account Coordinator is responsible for communicating with fans, reviewing and composing correspondence,

receiving requests, and liaising with the Account Manager and Talents. The goal of the Account Coordinator is to earn money for our Talents.



Job Responsibilities:



- Follow and complete the tasks listed on Asana/Workflow within the allotted time. Communicate with the Account Manager of any delays



- Work on two of the Talent’s accounts daily



- All engagement on Talents’ accounts need to be done in the Talent’s ‘voice’



- Engage in conversation with followers, encouraging them to spend on the Talents.



- Schedule posts up to 2 weeks in advance



- Complete EOD report for the next AC



- EOD report will be



- Reviewed in the morning by the day-shift AC



- Presented in person by the day-shift AC to the night-shift AC + AM 30mins before their shift is over



- Recorded and posted through Slack by the night shift AC



- Record daily sales on the company’s Sale Tracker



- Communicate with AM and other AC about the current happenings and going-ons of the Talents’ accounts



Technical Skills required:



- Experience with Asana



- Experience with Slack



- Experience with Google Sheets



- Experience with Sales and Customer Service



Rates + Terms:



We’re looking to fill 3 shifts;



- AC1



- $16-$18/hr, 40hrs a week



- Monday to Friday, day shift (9am to 5pm) including holidays



- AC2



- $16-$18/hr, 40hrs a week + 1 extra hour for Weekly meeting



- Thursday to Monday, evening shifts (4:30pm to 12:30am) including holidays. Need to able to attend the weekly meeting on Tuesday



- AC3



- $16-$18/hr, 40hrs a week + 1 extra hour for Weekly meeting



- Thursday to Monday. Need to able to attend the weekly meeting on Tuesday



- Tuesday to Wednesday, evening shift (4:30pm to 12:30am)



- Thursday + Friday off



- Saturday + Sunday, day shift (9am to 5pm)



*All positions are contracted positions. Renew every 6-months with bonus pay after a completed contract. Full-time position with salary, benefits, vacation, and holiday pay offer after a year.*



Contract length: 6 months



Job Types: Full-time, Contract



Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
