Supports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions.Inside Sales Representative (ISR) are responsible for handling all inbound media (phone, email, web, fax) communication for electrical motors.Activities include but are not limited to the following: evaluate customer accounts for process improvement opportunities; enter, maintain, and manage orders, quotations and returns; expedite product and shipments; answer technical questions; interchange competitive products; provide price and availability information; handle warranty returns and issue; resolve debits and issue credits; work with customers, field sales, and credit department to ensure timely resolution of issues;

Your responsibilities

- Manage large amounts of incoming calls

- Order entry and expediting,

- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools, Price and delivery inquiries.

- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

- Take the extra mile to engage customers

- Technical assistance and Product selection Nema and IEC Motors and Drives

- Spec Review and Configuration for Custom Motors in BUS and OMS.

- Prepares/supports preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements,

- Local Business Unit/feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives.

- Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Customer & Sales organization.

- Analyses customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization.

- Performs lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results.

Your background

- Post-secondary education in a related area plus relevant training and experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 3+ years of relevant experience in sales and a solid technical background with electrical motors.

- Superior ability to handle multiple demands, competing priorities, adapt to new ideas & constant changes and deliver successful results.

- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.

- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

- Strong listening and presentation skills.

- SAP knowledge and Logistics are considered an asset.
