Your Impact:

We're looking for a Project Manager – Transit / Rail in Toronto who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You’ll be accountable for the day-to-day management of projects including, guidance of all technical design, scheduling and budgetary performance, design quality, and safety. Your multi-discipline, highly interactive team will develop and deliver small- and large-scale capital transit infrastructure both on-corridor and off-corridor. As a passionate and inclusive leader, you’ll leverage your people management skills to help your team members discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward.

Here’s What You’ll Need:


Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

- At least 12 years of experience working on transit/transportation projects as a Design Lead, Contract Manager, Project Engineer, or Project Manager

- Professional Engineer License (P.Eng.) is preferred

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified

- Strong understanding of track, utilities and signaling systems

- Strong understanding of complex engineering concepts, road and bridge design standards, Ontario Building Code and other related disciplines involved in infrastructure and transportation projects

Ideally, you’ll also have:

- Master’s degree in civil engineering

- Experience with DB, DBB or AFP contracts is an advantage

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written

- Strong experience of control processes; scheduling, risk, cost, and quality

- Strong contract management experience and ability to work with minimal supervision

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas

- Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base

- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams
