We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to help grow and optimizes sales revenue by creating and fostering relationships with new and existing customers. Our products include Renishaw Probes and accessories, Hexagon Absolute (ROMER) Portable Arms, new and used coordinate measuring machines and optical multi-sensing devices.


- Fielding customer inquiries via phone and email

- Contact customers and prospects via phone and email to inquire about their metrology needs

- Gather information to support outside sales

- Contact OEMs for quotation and delivery for parts

- Prepare and follow-up on customer quotations

- Process purchase orders

- Manage Renishaw Repair by Exchange items

- First line of response for inquiries through CRM Software

- Lead qualification for inquiries from CRM Software

- Accurately enter customer information into CRM Software and plan for next steps based on lead qualification

- Occasional support to our shipping and receiving department

- Frequent review of public bid websites for sales opportunities

Qualifications and Skills

- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of programs

- Related experience in a customer service setting

- Ability to work independently

- Excellent communications skills; verbal and written
