Your opportunity:



Our Chatham office is looking for an Intermediate Administrative Assistant to join the team and own the following responsibilities:



- Assembling & electronic filing of financial statements and corporate tax client packages

- Quality management of paper and electronic files such as scanning and embedding documentation

- Type,

format and proofread correspondence, reports or other documents

- Responding to general client, staff and Partner requests in person and by email/phone

- Support Partners with billing and work in progress (WIP)

- General administrative duties including photocopying, scanning and mass mailings

Your experience and education



- You have a minimum of 2 years of working experience in an administrative position.

- You ideally have a college diploma in office administration or related program.

- You have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, as well as Caseware/Taxprep.

- You have strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

- You have the ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks.

- You have a professional attitude at all times, focused on internal and external client service.

- You have the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and deal with confidential information.
