We have an opportunity for an energetic, well-spoken and customer service focused person, that works well in small team or independently. You will be part of our Help Desk Support team answering end-user support requests. You will be encouraged and rewarded for learning new skills while providing excellent customer service. Our dynamic working environment provides an opportunity have fun while learning the newest technologies.


- Fluent in spoken and written English

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Technology Oriented

- Experience supporting Windows 7/10 desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices

- Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365

- General understanding of network devices; routers, switches and access points

- Strong documentation skills with desire to understand and follow process

- Ability to recognize and prioritize critical incidents in a fast-paced environment
