Overview KPMG Canada is looking for experienced Developer with excellent technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related Microsoft cloud solutions to join KPMG Microsoft practice. You will apply your knowledge and experience to each customer through proactive and preventative work efforts including solution design, technical implementation, and customer support. This role requires the ability to acknowledge opportunities and solve real world customer business problems. Strategically assists clients with assessments, solution design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/ solution. CRM-connected business portals using the latest Microsoft technologies including Azure, and Dynamics 365 CE. What you will do Participate in implementation customization and configuration for D365 solutions Code, test, debug and document software solutions using appropriate processes, tools, frameworks, libraries, patterns, best practices and standards Working on a wide variety of projects from large-to-small for customers in a variety of industries Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing solution and resolve these issues in in a timely and accurate manner Work in a team with other developers and Project Managers to develop the best solutions for internal projects and customers Reviewing your own code for quality and participate in code review sessions Scrum with co-workers on problems and help brainstorm best solutions for business requirements What you bring to the role 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement applications (CRM) product experience and processes along with experience in other MS Dynamics modules Professional certification in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform & Azure certifications or agree to achieve appropriate certification in agreed upon timeframe Experience implementing and customizing Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, communication skills Experience with leading or participating in the gathering and documenting of business processes and requirements for the system with key business users Creation of Functional and Technical Specifications documentation for the project including specifications for customizations, data migration, and system integrations Experience with SDK and 3rd party tools for Dynamics 365 CE/CDS/Power Apps Understanding of CDS API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints Experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript libraries like vue.js, React and development using Typescript Nice to Have: Professional certifications in related products or offering Experience with other Microsoft products (e.g., Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, SharePoint, etc.) Proficient in Visual Studio, Business Intelligence Development Studio, PowerBI, O365 Administration, SQL Server Data Tools, and Team Foundation Server Our Values, The KPMG Way Integrity, we do what is right | Excellence, we never stop learning and improving | Courage, we think and act boldly | Together, we respect each other and draw strength from our differences | For Better, we do what matters KPMG in Canada is a proud equal opportunities employer and we are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive and barrier-free workplace that allows all of our people to reach their full potential.
