Position Description


Who is an Assistant General Manager?

The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience. You are responsible for training, coaching and ongoing development of a team of sales associates. You have complete ownership of the new member experience. You are a team builder and fitness educator.

What will you be doing?

Onboarding and ongoing development of a team of employees responsible for assisting new and current members toward achieving their health and fitness goals

Educating your team on sales, relationship building to drive new memberships and contribute to the financial health of the company

Support the General Manager in day-to-day oversight and management of the Club

Do you have what it takes?

Previous sales experience is an asset

Demonstrated ability to set and achieve individual and team goals

Proven success in leading, training and motivating diverse teams

Passion for helping others, and a commitment to personal health and fitness

Creative, independent and able to think outside of the box

Committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity & inclusion and values giving back to communities
