Who is a Fitness Manager?
The Fitness Manager plays a key role in providing an exceptional employee and member experience, and in creating an overall positive club culture. As Fitness Manager, you are responsible for onboarding and developing employees to become Personal Trainers and future Personal Training leaders and driving profitability in the Personal Training department.
What will you be doing?
Onboard and develop a team of successful Personal Trainers
Drive financial performance through recruitment of new Personal Training clients
Ensure all Personal Training sessions are serviced according to GoodLife standards
Support and promote all GoodLife training products and service
Work closely with all departments in the club to enhance overall club culture
Do you have what it takes?
Must have current, nationally recognized Personal Training certification
Minimum 2 years Personal Training experience
Passion for helping others, and a commitment to personal health and fitness
Proven success in leading, training and motivating diverse teams to achieve performance goals
Skilled in customer service, building great relationships and influencing others
Able to deliver and receive candid coaching with growth mindset
Committed to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity & inclusion and values giving back to communities
Ability to consistently live our Core Values of Caring, Happiness, Integrity, Peak Attitude, Passion, Personal Fitness and Trust
